New look and improved website experience is here

We hope you like the changes we’ve made including the introduction of a dashboard view so you can see all your account information in the one place. The experience is optimised for both mobile and desktop versions. Whether you are swiping right or left on your mobile phone or using a mouse on the desktop, we are sure you will enjoy the improved experience.

There’s a new look Risk Quiz, First Home Withdrawal Quote facility for our KiwiSaver members and an online contact us form.

We’ve also improved the structure of our pages so you can find what you need faster whether you’re a new member, a current member or have multiple savings accounts with Mercer.

And we’re not finished yet. We will continue to make improvements over the next few months.
