If you have an insurance policy with MercerProtect, which includes LifeProtect, BillProtect and SaverProtect and have a query or would like to make an insurance claim, please contact our helpline team on 0508 637 237 and select option 4 (or +61 3 8687 1886 if you’re calling from overseas). You can also email claims.nz@cigna.com

The team will guide you through the claims process, beginning with giving you clear information on your policy and sending out any required forms for your claim.
